Description of Service

Zeya provides a platform that organizes and curates social hangouts and events for singles, typically lasting around 2 hours. We match participants based on their personal information and notify users when there's mutual interest. We strive to offer a smooth and enjoyable experience for all users.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using our services.
• Use Zeya in compliance with applicable laws and our Code of Conduct.
• Respect other users and refrain from any abusive, offensive, or unlawful behavior.
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Code of Conduct

• Treat all participants with respect and foster an inclusive environment.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
• Respect commitment deadlines - after receiving hangout confirmation, notify Zeya of any cancellations at least 2-3 days in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows without notice are prohibited.
• Arrive on time - participants more than 30 minutes late should not attend.
• Attend solo only - bringing uninvited guests is not permitted unless pre-approved by Zeya.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Zeya are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any of our intellectual property without our prior permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Zeya is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from platform use or participant conduct during events. Users are responsible for their own actions, safety, decisions, and all personal expenses during hangouts. Participants attend at their own risk and cost. Activities and locations may change due to weather conditions or group size requirements.
