The Zeya support fee helps secure your spot in each hangout and supports the Zeya team.
Why We Ask for a Support Fee
- Group curation: Zeya carefully curates each group, and every absence negatively affects the overall group dynamic and the experience of other participants.
- Reliability assurance: The fee helps prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring a consistent and dependable experience for all attendees.
- Quality atmosphere: The commitment encourages participants to follow Zeya's Code of Conduct, creating a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Refund Conditions
Full refund:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are the only attendee and no other participants arrive within 30 minutes of the official hangout start time. (Photo proof with a timestamp is required.)
- You do not receive a hangout invitation within 31 days after payment.
- You cancel at least 7 business days before the hangout date. (e.g., for a Friday 8:30 PM hangout, cancellation must be made by the previous Friday at 8:30 PM).
Half refund:
You are eligible for a half refund if:
- You cancel at least 4 business days before the hangout date. (e.g., for a Friday 8:30 PM hangout, cancellation must be made by Monday at 8:30 PM).
Refund Options
When eligible for a refund, you may choose one of the following options:
- A monetary refund to your original payment method.
- Referral credit to be used for friends you recommend.
- Credit toward your next Zeya hangout.
